About the Chapel

We rejoice in the knowledge that God has crossed our paths today! We pray that He opens our eyes to how we can encourage you and experience the blessings of your presence with us. We do not believe your visit to these web pages was by chance, so we invite you to join with our church family as we worship, learn, grow, and encourage one another.

Jesus established the church to be a community of believers, a family, to encourage each other in unity and to project His love to the world. As a family our goal is to love each other without conditions or expectations.

We confess that we are unable, on our own, to practice the unconditional love demonstrated by our Father, but we pray and desire that He empowers us to demonstrate His love to you and those around us.

If you are searching for a group of people to accept you where you are and challenge you to grow in your reflection of God's love, "Welcome" for that is our goal. For those who call this "home", we commit to pray, to listen with compassion, to forgive and to nurture. We invite you to explore our Father with us in worship, fellowship and growth. We're glad you stopped by-Welcome!

And they continued steadfastly in the apostles doctrine and fellowship and in the breaking of bread and prayer. (Acts 2:42)

What We Believe

We believe in God, the Father almighty, creator of heaven and earth.

We believe in Jesus Christ, God’s only Son, our Lord,

who was conceived by the Holy Spirit, born of the Virgin Mary,

suffered under Pontius Pilate, was crucified,

died, and was buried; he descended  into Hades.

On the third day he rose again; he ascended into heaven,

he is seated at the right hand of the Father,

and he will come again to judge the quick and the dead.

We believe in the Holy Spirit, the holy Church universal,

the communion of saints,

the forgiveness of sins,

the resurrection of the body,

and the life everlasting. Amen.

Our Structure

The chapel is an inter-denominational fellowship where each person worships according to his or her own personal convictions and to express a shared faith in God. Denominational differences in ritual, belief, practice and Biblical interpretation provide the members an opportunity to share their personal views as well as to know and appreciate others in their particular experiences of God. Membership is based upon the confession of faith in "God as Father, Son and Holy Spirit and Jesus Christ as personal Savior and Lord." New members may come on confession of faith and baptism or by transfer of membership from another congregation. Many persons choose to maintain their denominational identity and become associate members, with dual membership in their own denomination and the Chapel.
